Retail Customer Service
Several years experience working as cashier in McDonald’s, Captain D’s and Domino’s Pizza. 1 years as lead supervisor for Kirkland’s / Eastland Mall including opening and closing store, training new employees and balancing cash drawers.
Financial Customer Service
Experiences include 4 + years as drive-in teller with NationsBank / Bank of America in one of their busiest financial centers in Charlotte. Responsibilities involved paying and receiving, referrals to personal bankers, handling travelers’ checks, official checks, money orders, filling and balancing cash machine. Recipient of several customer service awards. Additional experience includes approximately 9 months as a Bankruptcy Advisor for Wells Fargo Mortgage advising clients through suggested repayment options to hopefully avoid bankruptcy or foreclosure. More than 2 of my 4+ years spent as supervisor at First Union / Wachovia in the Funds Transfer Division and International Funds Transfer Group. Responsibilities included entering, processing and verifying wire transfers, training and evaluating coworkers, opening and closing wire transfer programs and balancing.
Education
Central Piedmont Community College
1 1/2 years of various courses of study with emphasis on Accounting/Business.
Obtained President’s List and Dean’s List.
