OBJECTIVE

I have performed many positions in the Service Department from Detailing vehicles to writing service for them to Managing all positions in between.
I started in the Detailing Department and in a short time period moved to Service Consultant in which i have displayed very strong customer relation skills and selling skills. I was promoted to Service Biller and Dispatcher where i was in charge of the work load coming in, going out and the billing of all service orders warranty and customer pay. Shortly after, i was promoted to Assistant Service Manager where I managed the warranty returns and reports, billing, dispatching, writing service orders and the customer service needs of any customers that where beyond the assistance of the Service Consultants or technicians. Currently the Service Manager where in my first year I was able to double the departments profit from the year before and triple it in the second year. I have increased and maintained a high productivity/efficiency percentage staffed as low as 11 employees and up to 23 employees. I have extensive training in the GM Global Warranty system where I have monitored, reviewed and managed warranty submissions and have been able to keep any warranty returns to a minimium.. I have been able to keep our Customer Satisfaction Index on a steady line at the auto makers bench mark. I make it a personal goal to increase profit and productivity each year while being able to minimize expenses. I am very familiar with the importance of Factory Trained staff and ensure constant training and improvement. From organization/inventory of Special Tools and Equipment to coaching and training each staff member in Parts and Service, I put pride in every task i do.
