WORK EXPERIENCE:

09/04- 08/10 Independent Medical Transcriptionist for the Orthopedic Center of New Hampshire, Nashua, New Hampshire.

Worked full time transcribing doctor visits, physicals, permanency reports and letters for multiple doctors on a daily basis. Provide 24-48 hour turnaround. Work was supplied to me in digital form over the computer; I would download it to my SpeechExec Program. When completed, I then uploaded it via OrthoPad into each patient's file from my computer. No paper was involved.

08/01-05/10 Independent Medical Transcriptionist for the Urology Center of Southern New Hampshire, Nashua, New Hampshire.

Worked approximately 35 hours a week providing 24 to 48 hour turnaround transcription service for three separate doctors dictating urology consultation reports, referral notes, as well as letters and phone conversations. Work was picked up, completed daily, and dropped off within one or two days, depending on the urgency.

06/01-01/02 Independent Medical Transcriptionist for Salem Medical Center, Salem, New Hampshire.

Provided 24-hour turnaround transcription service for two separate doctors dictating a variety of chart notes ranging from physical exams to acute visits, phone conversations and letters. Work was picked up, completed daily, and dropped off the next day.

04/00-06/01 Independent Medical Transcriptionist for Apple Tree Family Physicians, Londonderry, New Hampshire.
