Reinforce designed support strategies to maximize resident satisfaction, integration, productivity, independence, community membership, empowerment, and enhance the involvement of family and friends in support of residents. Provide safe, reliable supervision for students (Grades kinder-6) in the classroom and an after school program settings. Coordinate and organize children’s activities to provide variety and meaningful age-appropriate activities. Cooperate and plan with the after school program coordinator, multiple teachers and other tutors to maintain control of separate groups of students.
