· From April 2009 to January 2010, I was able to take a store with old, stagnant inventory (69 new units in stock and only 8 were current model year (2009)) and turn it around to a store with 46 new units in stock, of which 36 were current model year (2010)
· Transformed used inventory from 80% over-aged (200 days and older) to less than 10% over-aged
· Drastically improved employee morale in all departments (sales, service, parts) by encouraging open and honest communication
· Created a clear vision of direction I wanted to take the RV store
