PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Incoming Quality Control Inspector. Primary responsibilities are to review and evaluate rejected product against Cook’s written specifications, research the product history for prior rejections and report those findings to the Material Review Board on a weekly basis. Communicate with suppliers to return rejected materials to supplier. Assist in SCAR, or corrective action program, with suppliers to successfully accomplish preventive actions to lower future rejections. Other duties include inspecting incoming materials per Cook Endoscopy written specifications. Also act as Assistant Team Leader in absence of Primary Team Leader, and assist in training of new inspectors. Prepare weekly and monthly Quality Review reports using Excel, Defect Tracking Program, Vendor Maintenance Program.

Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing operation of video store, supervising 2 employees, scheduling, ordering stock, customer service.
