o Responsibilities included project management, sales, bidding and negotiating all projects in the Upstate NY and NE territory, customer/client relations, relationship development, marketing, box lunch presentations and trade shows. $15 million sold and a close ratio of over 65% of projects bid.

• BBL Construction Services, LLC. Medical Facilities Division, May 2005 – September 2005

o Assistant Project Manager Intern.

o Assistant Project Manager on a 40,000 SF MOB. Responsibilities included preparing bid documents, contract documents, contracts, contract buyout, construction team meetings, change orders, construction schedules, submittal coordination, review of bids on scopes of work and cold calling perspective subcontractors of bid solicitation.

o Flooring Sales Associate. Responsibilities included customer service and flooring sales

• Bermuda Landscape and Design, LLC, May 2003 – Feb 2004
