Managed SEC reporting, daily accounting operations and implemented SOX compliance procedures. Performed due diligence and managed accounting reorganization for $95 million acquisition.

Company provides management consulting, business plan development, financing assistance, record keeping, tax and real estate services.

1999 to 2009 – Coldwell Banker Metzger Real Estate, Owner and Broker

Founder and owner of a commercial real estate firm in Northeast Louisiana and a member of the national Coldwell Banker branded family.

1995 to 1999 - Faulk & Foster Real Estate Services, Senior Vice President

Chief operating officer for largest commercial real estate and wireless communications site development business in North Louisiana. Grew sales by 400% over a four-year period.

Served ten years in the audit department specializing in manufacturing, retail and oil and gas industries and in SEC and franchise statutory reporting. Developed and interpreted statistical audit procedures for all North Texas offices. Served as an audit department senior administrative manager overseeing scheduling and performance evaluations for more than 300 staff auditors.
