Manager, Corporate Accounting Systems (2005 – Present)
Managed HFM implementation tasks for new business acquisitions to ensure proper adoption of the company’s reporting requirements, accounting policies, and relevant HFM activities. Business process re-engineering, site preparation, data conversion, training and data roll-out for a successful system transition including reconciliation of local general ledgers and USGAAP to HFM. Evaluated, developed and leveraged use of the HFM application to improve corporate closing and reporting processes. Ensured appropriate system performance and accuracy for reliability of internal and external financial statements reporting. Participated in IT and Finance remediation efforts related to HFM, Platinum, GLCM, and Financial Statement Close Processes. Area of expertise includes designing and implementing remediation project plans. Developed and re-engineered processes, tested and documented relevant processes to mitigate SOD and CCM issues.
Key Achievements:
• Continuous alignment of the HFM organization structures, chart of accounts, business rules and reports, with the fast paced business changing needs.

Coordinator, Corporate Accounting Systems (2003 – 2005)
Played key role in developing and implementing HFM for 500 locations across the board. Planed, executed and oversaw projects involving multiple individuals, processes and technology components of nearly 70 different general ledger systems throughout the company during a 2 year implementation period. Provided guidance and direction to 300 international and domestic controllers regarding the HFM adoption. Developed and delivered training strategies, material and schedules for the company’s HFM adoption.

• Coordinated Project Management activities related to the HFM system implementation, including liaising with senior management and operations to ensure adequacy of implementation at Corporate, Business Units, Divisions, and country levels.
• Assisted in the design and building of the HFM application, including security design, chart of accounts, organizational structures, automatic inter-company eliminations, complex business rules writing, performance metrics, reports, and hyperinflation model to support international locations with functional currency other than USD.
• Supported the HFM data roll-out for all active locations, including monitoring pre and post implementation reconciliation activities.
• Provided guidance and assistance to create approx. 100 account conversion tables, to adopt HFM for the different local general ledger systems.

• Parallel tested six month of data along with the locations to ensure proper HFM chart of accounts adoption before moving to production.
