Project-1:
Responsible for manufacturing sewing machine arms and precision shafts.
Preparing Process flow for each component.
Listing the machines and utilities requirements for each machining line.
Comparing the machines suitability and ordering the machines.
Preparing the manufacturing line layout and utilities for machining line.
Designing storage systems and material movement for the line.
Follow up the machine trails with the supplier and attaining the delivery target.
Machine installation and commissioning. Proving at the site within the specified target.

Ashokleyland Ltd:
Worked as a Dy.manager in project planning and execution department for cylinder block machining from Sep 2008 to Feb 2012
Project-1:
To create Cylinder Block machining line and facilities for inspection, material handling etc. to the shop floor at Uttaranchal Plant for the capacity of 40K per annum for 2 shift basis.
Project-2:
Expansions of Existing Cylinder block machining line from 50 K to 60K at Ennore plant.
Project-3:
Retooling of Hino 4 & 6 cylinder crank shaft machining line. In order to process Neptune 4 and 6 cylinder Crank shaft in the same line at Ennore plant.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing the engg drawing and preparing process flow diagram.
Capacity planning for the demand.
Selection of process and tooling and inspection systems, sending RFQ to the supplier with detailed technical specification.
