Specialist

Food Service Management

Specialist in all facets of culinary service including menu planning, development, budget planning, and food cost analysis, staff scheduling, purchase request/orders and preventive education (health and safety). Led a staff of 14 in performance of contract food service operation preparing and serving over 5000 meals daily. Approximately 75% of work force had a severe disability of varying types. Program Director

Managed over 230 drug or alcohol clients, associated case files and databases. Facilitated welcome and departure drug and alcohol abuse prevention briefings for over 12,000 staff and student military members, while acting as senior management’s principal advisor for all matters related to drugs and alcohol.
