MAIN PROJECT: “PLC Upgradation in 150 ton Hydraulic Press Machine.”

Hydraulic press machine is one, which is plays a vital role in manufacturing the back cover of watches. Earlier hydraulic press machine is used manually to manufacture the back cover of watches. In this human errors, less productivity, time comsuption are the important factor, which limit the usage. In order to overcome these limitations we have decided to use plc to automate the hydraulic press machine.In this used the Simens PLC now it has been replaced to Fatek PLC due to no backup available in Simens PLC and more cost when compare to Fatek PLC.We done our project in TITAN INDUSTRIES LTD(Watch Division),HOSUR..
