Injection-molded plastic plumbing valves / fittings manufacturer
Plant / Production Manager
Primary responsibility was total plant operations. Ensure meeting daily production schedules for Molding, QA, Maintenance, Assembly and Shipping and Warehouse departments while optimizing quality and adhering to budget. Scheduled 45 injection molding machines for specific jobs and applications. Supply parts inventory to both Valencia and Mexico plants, making schedule changes to accommodate shortages. Supervise 170 in Valencia plant. Ensured compliance with ISO, NSF and ASTM standards.
