Product Development Manager (1997 - 2000):

Responsible for development of interactive media product. Liaised regularly with IT-departments to ensure feasiblity of product. Presented numerous papers at international conferences in Europe. Co-authored a book on interactive digital services.

IT Teacher (2000 - 2007):

Responsible for teacher media and IT at two different elementary schools in South Africa. Other personal initiatives were the implementation of a computer network in one of the schools to provide classrooms with computer and internet facilities ; training educators in the usage of interactive whiteboards ; developing a website for the school.

Time in the USA (July 2007 - current):

Various volunteering activities at Rancho Bernardo High School. Member of the Board of the RBHS Foundation. Developed a website for the Foundation. Launched a marketing sub-committee for the Foundation. Involved in various fundraisers for the Foundation. Member of the PTSA and Friends of the Library of RBHS.

Member of the RB Chorale since September 2007. Became the Historian for the RB Chorale in January 2008. Active member of the scholarship committee of the RB Chorale.

Joined a humanitarian non-profit organisation called Heart-to-Heart which raise funds for aids orphans at a Catholic mission school in Uganda.
