Proactively developed senior stakeholder relationships to promote Trade initiatives. Directed North American audit in 2011.
• Led effort after accepting position to perform a portfolio assessment review to examine cause of 12 late Trade projects. Managed program turnaround with global team to meet expected timeframes and budgets for 23 out of 25 projects within 3 months.
