Plant Manager – Cleveland, MS (2007-2010)

Total profit and loss responsibility for a non-union, TS16949 and ISO14001 manufacturing plant of 400 employees and annual sales of $120 million. The facility manufactures automotive seating back frames and cushions with manufacturing processes of welding, staking, painting, and assembly.

 Increased profit by $17 Million in first year and another $11 Million in second year

Total profit and loss responsibility for a non-union, TS16949 and ISO14001 manufacturing plant of 500 employees and annual sales of $70 million. The facility is vertically integrated with manufacturing processes of plastic molding, chrome plating, painting, and assembly.

AIRTEX PRODUCTS, LLC 2004-2006

Airtex is TS16949 and ISO14001 certified and is the world’s largest independent manufacturer of fuel and water pumps, supplying both OE and the automotive aftermarket.

Plant Manager / Vice President of Operations – Fairfield, IL (2004-2006)

Responsibility for plant operations of 5 plants with 1,300 employees and annual sales of over $300 million. Combination of union (UAW) and non-union plants, with locations in Illinois, Arkansas, Canada, Mexico, and Spain. Plants are vertically integrated with processes of metal stamping, die casting, plating, plastic molding, brazing, machining, drilling and assembly.

 Lead plant consolidation that resulted in annual savings of $4 Million.

 Lead Profit Improvement Plans that resulted in annual savings of over $5 Million (including over $2 Million in savings from Kaizen workshops).
