As director of college outreach groups I managed and booked outreach groups, provided guidance and conflict resolution, managed the budget, supervised student scholarships for worship leaders and speakers, served as a pastor, mentor, and discipler to youth pastors in Southern California area and beyond. I was also the featured speaker at numerous churches, camps, and conferences around the world.

Directed baseball operations for the university. Responsibilities included recruiting, budget oversight, supervising assistant coaches, running practice, game strategy and implementation, as well as counseling student athletes.
