Gail McCarver CNA **yrs,BLS, updated,Assistant patient with dressing like putting om hospital gown.Taking there vital signs,recording them ,Reporting to nurse when B/P is to high or to Low,Walking the patient if ordered to by Doctors orders.Shaving of hair on face,clipping of nails,Passing of trays lunch and Dinner,cuttting of food ,meat,feeding some patient that neededd help,weighing patient, measure of height,Transport the patient in wheel-chair take to x-ray ,put on gurney for surgery or x-ray , some I had to work as Sitter, with one or two patient that had to be observe so they won,t fall or climb out of bed.Pull there IV out,empty ,there cathere bag,report any different change in the patient that day.
