Miscellaneous
From 1972 1998, I was employed in a number of other child centered organizations as a teacher assistant and head teacher, but also spent time working with unwed pregnant women and abused women. During my days at Shasta College, I was the President of the Native American Club and served as a Camp Counselor for Native American children. Since my ancestors on my mother’s side are members of the Apache people, it was very rewarding working with Native American organizations.
