Sales Associate and Store Area Operator, Vista, CA Target Store - July 2007 to July 2012

Operator/Fitting Room Clerk: Responsible for the visual appeal and safety of the fitting room for guests. Answer all incoming calls to the store and direct calls to the correct voicemail boxes or department extension. Supervised all radio communications with other team members, in order to manage good sales floor coverage during breaks and lunches and delegate assistance with incoming calls and servicing store customers. Helping guests with questions on product and locating inventory that is not on the floor or out of stock. Sometimes calling another store to find the inventory and placing it on a twenty four hour hold.

Managed store inventory that was damaged, expired, opened or defective by physically removing it from the store inventory and scanning the item out and labeling the item with the correct defective label for proper handling.
