EMPLOYMENT HISTORY (continued)
VICE PRESIDENT - 1997 TO 2000
Reporting to the President, and responsible for operation of both the plastics, and packaging divisions.
During this term, growth rates in excess of 20% per year had been forecasted, and met, consistently. This allowed my position to be both challenging, and exciting. These expansion rates called on my abilities to research, analyze, and recommend such things as
equipment acquisitions, moving of the physical plant, retraining and advancement of personnel, and sales duties to some of our larger accounts. Duties included critical path conformance, within new product launches. Responsibilities also encompassed logistics, printing, and health and safety compliance. Production management of both divisions was a key roll that I fulfilled on a daily basis.
VICE PRESIDENT, CUSTOM PACKAGING DIVISION - 1995 TO 1997
Reporting to the President, and responsible for the start up, and operations, of the division.
After designing a new packaging concept for one of our major international clients, I was tasked with equipment procurement, and the implementation of an entirely new production system. This new division consistently exceeded forecasts of both sales volumes and profit ratios.
GLOBALPAC CANADA INC., HAMILTON, ONTARIO
