• Designed special circuit, facility, & trunk orders & ordered equipment for the techs. Provisioned, including but not limited to: DS1, DS0, E-911, MPLS, ISDN,B8ZS/ESF, AMI/SF, Voice, Flex pipe, & worked with a trunking engineer to provision facility & trunk orders from different providers. Provisioned MetaSolv, Martens, & Siebel for DSL orders. If a new dslam was installed, I provisioned orders to make the DSL work at the correct speed on the correct card/port. When a port went bad, I changed the card/port for the techs in Martens & in the dslam, whether it was a Calix, CTDI, Adtran, or Paradyne dslam. Helped cutover existing customers to new dslam. Made cutsheets if necessary. If techs were having trouble, I verified what customer was on which card/port & at what speed. The techs depended on my ability to engineer orders correctly so circuits would work for customers.

• Installed & repaired telephones & telephone lines, spliced cables, installed/replaced aerial & buried drops, covered install & disconnect orders, worked trouble, out-of-service lines. Provided exceptional service and support to customers & coworkers.
