SUMMER TRAINING

Summer internship during Graduation

Organization – Magtech System, New Delhi

Role - Involved in Manufacturing of Industrial Electrical Transformers, Industrial Brakes, AC Disk Brakes, DC Disk Brakes & Thruster Brakes.

Application- These are used in EOT cranes, electric rope hoists and chain hoists & other SPM.

Duration – 60 days

Project Title - Built a 12V Transformer with help of training incharge .

Organization – Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi

Role – Attended a training about basic working operations of SCADA Wonderware Intouch

software.

Application - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems are frequently used in Water and Waste Water Systems to monitor and control tank levels, remote well pumps, lift station pumps, high service pumps, valves, and chemical pumps.

Duration – 60 days

Organization – Delhi Transco Ltd., New Delhi

Role –Trainee Electrical department(Operations & Maintenance).

Removal of Faults in substation, removal of red hot point between plates,

daily record of fault reports,maintenance of transformer, circuit breakers,

battery bank,capacitor bank, proper maintenance of earthing ground.

Duration – 180 days

Project Title – Power factor Correction.

Number of people involved: 2

Power factor improve by using capacitor.

• Made a 12v transformer during summer training.

• Project on Sorting of Material by size on conveyor belt.

• Project on draw a schematic view,top view & three dimensional view of electrical wiring of college workshop.
