Job Profile : Responsible for strict adherence and implementation of company’s safety program on health hazard, accident prevention, fire control, Risk management.

Review and monitor JSA/RA for the Critical activities.

Give trainings and inductions for the Employees, Sub-contractors and Clients

To comply with the company policies and procedures, and helps to implement safety precautions and procedures.

To conduct weekly Supervisors meeting.

To attend and raise issues in the daily Permit Co-ordination meeting.

Job Profile : Responsibilities for the Implementation of the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Requirements of the Project

To conduct tool box talk for fire watchers, to train them for monitoring hot work and familiarize with the roles of a stand by personnel for confined space entry jobs going on rigs.

TRA for heavy lifting and monitoring safety precaution are given to be followed

To carry out daily inspection for the safety appliances and ensure that those are readily available at all times.

To make weekly HSE inspection and report it to HSE manager.

Checking safety devices e.g. Fire pump, Hydrant , Fire hoses and reels , Applicator and Fixed fire extinguishing systems

To deploy and list no. of extinguishers and to ensure they are placed at correct locations according to class of fire hazard and fire load present and other firefighting equipment are readily available on site and are in good working condition.

To ensure all jobs are going in accordance with the company HSE management system and safety policy.

To carry out daily check on the PTW (Permit to work) system, gas manifold leak test, confined space atmosphere monitoring and good housekeeping practices.

To guide the workforce about safe working on jobs such as working at height, lifting, scaffolding, welding, gas cutting, painting and sand blasting.

Report writing and implementing control measures for all types of accidents, incidents and near misses to avoid recurrence.

To conduct safety induction (for the persons who coming to our site at first time).

To administer first aid to the injured persons on site and to maintain first aid box inventories.

To carry out emergency and fire drills regularly to familiarize the work force about the situation and to avoid the panic conditions in real time incidents.
