Engaged by Alpha Corporation to lead TVA's John Sevier Fossil Plant project controls department in P3 3.1 to Enterprise P6 v7 conversion including the integration of Maximo work order system utilizing Pipeline’s Maxavera middleware.

* Spearheading enterprise level project configuration to capitalize on Maximo work order integration to task creation in P6 utilizing maxavera middleware.

* Direct Work Week Coordinators, Plant Planners, FOMO Management, Outage Scheduler and Daily Maintenance Scheduler to optimize work plans and validate data.

* Analyzes data flow between software suites to ensure that the execution of critical plant maintenance occurs in the most efficient manner possible.

Oak Grove Power Plant, Franklin, TX

Originally recruited to lead Fluor Energy Business Line's new Primavera Training Department. Subsequently asked to fill a critical need as a project controller for Oak Grove (OG) Power Plant in Franklin TX. OG was the most profitable single source engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) project in Fluor's history.

* Key member of planning team that executed and controlled a 2.5 billion, 11,000 activity EPC Critical Path Methodology (CPM) resource loaded schedule for Luminant Energy Co.

* Collected information, entered progress and validated data for corporate Oak Grove Project Earned Value Report used by Fluor management to track time, cost and schedule variance and overall schedule performance.

* Independently tracked and validated critical construction milestone accomplishment. Collaborated with Luminant Quality Representatives for product or work package acceptance.

* Maintained associations between scheduling, cost, and accounting disciplines to coordinate accurate transfer of project progress into project management software suite (PMSS). Comprised of Fluor's Change Management Log, Milestone Tracker, Cobra Financial System and Primavera P6 Project Management software (P6).

* Conducted weekly meetings with Fluor lead project engineers, quality personnel, procurement managers and construction superintendents to obtain progress information and input data into PMSS for Oak Grove Project Manager review.

* Spearheaded development of schedule in response to risk event that threatened the contracted finish date of the project. Assisted Fluor management in deploying a "what if" schedule that was adopted to recapture project completion within the time and budget thresholds.

South Texas Project (STP)

Key team member planning the South Texas Project (STP) units three and four for NRG Inc. STP was the first new construction of a nuclear power plant in thirty years. The project was high risk for Fluor and NRG. Fluor collaborated with Sergeant Lundy, Toshiba and Westinghouse.

* Played key role on team that planned 13.5 billion dollar, 55,000 activity EPC schedule, utilizing best practice Critical Path Methodology (CPM).

* Generated, validated and edited corporate STP Earned Value Management report for that provided our client and Fluor upper management with time, cost and schedule indexes information.

* Performed Risk analysis of STP using Fluor best practice risk as well as Pertmaster.

* Developed and refined reports from Primavera for Cost Engineering for analysis of cost overruns and variance.

* Led monthly Primavera P6 client and Primavera WEB 7.1 lunch and learn classes for six to ten engineering leads to increase general skills and efficiency of tool use. Coursework included running reports, resource allocation and intro to project controls.

* Administrator of security rights, user profiles, default settings, Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) for standalone instance of Primavera P6 used by STP engineering and project controls.

Army Corp of Engineers, Seattle District

Originally the Army Corps of Engineers deployed a new project management software tool known as P2. MWH was contracted to guide NWS PMO using expert knowledge in Primavera P5, best practice project planning, estimating resources requirements, milestone optimization, and establishment of performance baselines.

* Key member of team that led coaching sessions for NWS Project Managers. Provided instruction in project initiation, milestone optimization, resource requirements and Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) business rules.

* Documented project management plans into CPM resource loaded schedules for 130 active NWS Military Branch projects.

* Teamed with Military Project Managers, Small Project Office PMs, budget analysts, construction management, and resident engineers to effectively develop, monitor and improve project lifecycles according to USACE guidance.

* Launched report to collect performance data from NWS Military Branch PMs that improved communication of critical project accomplishments on a routine basis.

* Wrote desktop guide for entering project codes in P5 project window for upward reporting. Adopted by project controls personnel in Portland and Walla Walla Districts.

* Coordinated with Northwestern Division (NWD) Military Program Analyst to resolve errors and missing data in upward reporting systems that were used by ACOE headquarters.

* Assist national P2 help desk with solving software interface errors related to the ACOE P2 system and Primavera software.

Anthony Construction

* Provided scheduling and analysis support on IWPF Navy Shipyard Construction Project.

* Project schedule was built in Primavera's P3 3.1 project management software using CPM best practices. Schedule contained 3000 resource loaded activities worth an estimated four million dollars.
