Job Responsibilities: He has fleet of heavy haulers and dump trucks. kept them maintained,
repaired and did lots of DOT inspections. All phases of truck repair. electrical and
electronics, A/C, brake work, air systems, transmissions, final drives. Did all major
engine work on construction equipment. Worked on hydraulic pumps and some cylinder packing.
Worked with moble self priming pumps, generators, everything from chain saws to crawler
cranes and everything in between. If he owned it, I worked on it. He had a fleet of Ford
diesel pick ups I kept running. Helped amin construction mechanic when needed. There was
quite a bit of maintenance work and on site repairs. Had service trusk given to me for road
work. I kept it maintained and repaired when needed.

Job Resposibilities: Hired as a Class A technician. Did electronic engine controls
troubleshooting and repair. Did quite a lot of OEM electrical problem solving when other
techs didn't know how the systems were set up. it also included catostrophic engine
failure analysis. Mostly on the ISX engine. Worked also on the old mechanical engines. I
was the only tech to meet warranty time for replacing block, pulling out of truck and
doing it. Worked second shift last two years three. Helped he young men out of school
training them in troubleshooting procedures and when they ran into problems.

Job Responsibilities: Worked second shift, all phases of truck repair. Mostly clutches,
suspension systems, transmissions, final drives. Did lot os A/C work and DOT inspections.
Generated lot of revenue from the DOT inspections.
Yarbrough Transfer Inc. 12/02 to 6/04
Job Resposibilities: This commpany specialized in hauling extreemly heavy equipment of
all types. Started in the traer repair shop to get trailer repairs caught up. Did brake
work, air system problems, welding cracks and fractures, suspension work and of course
electrical. Was able to get lights bright on 3&4 section trailers. Worked on the hydraulis
systems on thm also.
Was then transfered to truck to help lead man. I did all the electronic engine controls
troubleshooting and repair. There was lots of drivability problems when working with
heavy haulers. Because of the loads. He ran the Series 60 Detroits and Caterpillar 3406E's. Did
I did all major engine work and showed him problem with bearings not lasting. Also did
brake, A/C, clutch, suspension work. Whatever needed done.
Other Experience
I have thirty-two years experience as a diesel journeyman. In this time there has been a
lot learned. Have worked in about every area of the diesel industry. Worked five years in
power generation, which included, remote cooling systems, heat exchangers, ATS's, all the
equipment that comes with units for operation in all weather conditions. Was only tech to
have any of the gasious fueled units to up and under full load in ten seconds or less.
Worked locomotives, crawler cranes, agricultural, trucks, construction, industrial power,
automotive. Have approximently six years experience as lead man and supervisor roles.
Enjoy working with people. Have built a company from day one and got going. Enjoy very much
field work.
