My background in land surveying/civil engineering spanning 3 decades gives me a broad understanding of the full
range of survey services. It includes utilities and infrastructure work as well as an extensive boundary/cadastral
background, right-of-way surveys, experience with underground utility and roadway construction, covering
residential, commercial, industrial, federal, and municipal work.
Most recent responsibilities:
• Office Manager / Business development practice leader.

• Set the training, CAD, and Quality Control standards for Survey.
• Directed the development of a field to finish system with automated linework/surface model output
in National CAD standards.
o Creating a unified coding process for both GPS and Conventional in one flow through

o Field time was increased by around 5% with a 75% reduction in CAD processing.
• 20 years plus of computer systems use and CAD experience.
• Experience using all major vendor’s GPS, Robotic, and conventional instruments for measuring and data
collecting.
I have a solid work ethic and am in top physical condition and health. As a seasoned surveyor I know how to
motivate and work well with others and have powerful problem solving and decision making skills. I can perform a
Land Survey project or task, in the field or office, with a quality risk free product.
Most recently I trained for and passed certification with the BLM CFedS program, and am a 2010 ACEC Arizona
LEAP (Leadership in Engineering Administration Program) graduate.
Recently working temporary survey positions in Alaska, Montana, Arizona and North Dakota, including DOT
construction projects in Nome and Denali AK, cadastral, pipeline and infrastructure surveys in North Dakota and
Montana. Served in Montana as Office Manager / Professional Land Surveyor for an office start up, and as a Survey
Director for a company with offices in Arizona and Montana/North Dakota.

I have passed the national NCEES exams, ‘Fundamentals of Land Surveying’ and ‘Principles and
