I am experienced in many different aspects of maintenance, including fixing/installing appliances, carpentry, remodeling, electrical, plumbing, and outdoor groundswork maintenance, which includes climbing high ladders & working in high places. I am also a licensed painter with many years of drywall & wallpapering experience… with excellent references!
I have enjoyed working with my co-workers at every job I have had. I have many great work friendships at this time, and in the past. I am easy-going, work well with and get along well with others. I have developed a working style that incorporates a thorough, flexible job quality, along with a healthy dose of patience. I am Hungarian, and I was raised in our culture to be a very hard worker, which includes physical and mental challenges. I do not mind overtime hours, weekends and/or challenging situations including nighttime work, driving, walking, running, sitting, or standing for extended periods, along with ‘on-call’ work schedules.
