2006-2010, Tower General Contractors is a cutting-edge general contractor that works in a broad range of industries including healthcare, education, entertainment, retail, industrial, government, and defense. ($45M a year company . Projects included:
Ground up construction of emergency room in Huntington Hospital – 4 story, 80,000 square feet, $40MM. Submittals, Subcontracts on time, One Million Pound Structural Steel installed in 45 days.
Provide leadership by using effective verbal and written communication to manage the owner/client, architect and consultants as well the project team in all phases of the work. This includes developing and motivating teamwork between all parties.
Remodeling of Beverly Hills City Hall – 16,000 square feet $5.6MM. Project Delivered on Time, Letter of Appreciation from City Manager, 10% Additional Profit.
Understand and implement general conditions and requirements of the contracts associated with each project monitoring the contract documents for conformance and execution.

Employ Project Management Systems to manage and control the project documentation and cost controls. Supervise and monitor the preparation and reporting of RFI logs, submittal logs, testing and inspection reports, safety inspections and reports, change order logs and other related reports.

As of the three original founders, was responsible for day- to- day project management at the site, negotiating contracts with subcontractors, supervising superintendents and a crew of 120 subcontractors and in house personnel, and coordination with the architects and government representatives.
