HUMAN RESOURCES:-

Prepare Manpower requirements as per Head of the Department.

Source candidates through various channels i.e. Job Portals, Referral, Recruitment Agencies and Head Hunting, Screening CV’s, Short listing.

Conduct primary interview and Line-up candidates for secondary interview with Managers/HOD. Organize Campus interview at College and Institute.

Salary fitment and rolling out offer letter to the selected candidates. Coordinate with candidates to ensure 100% joining.

Onboard joining formalities and Induction to new hires about company policies and procedures.

Submit CTC details of new hires to payroll department for salary registration and opening salary account.

Maintain & Update employee’s record and database in the HRIS System.

Issue letters i.e. Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Deputation, Promotion, Increment, Reward, Reliving and Service Certificate.

Maintain & Update employees file, record and database in the HRIS System.

Take care of Statutory Compliance i.e. PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, calculation of Gratuity and WC.

Arrangement of Employee Welfare i.e. Picnic, Annual Function, Sports, Occasional Lunch, Award Function, Health Check-up, Promotional Offers etc.

Guide and solve employees grievance and quires.

Consultation with HOD for acceptance of resignation, conduct exit interview for retention if needed.

Coordination with Payroll department for disbursal of full & final settlement.

Prepare and submit MIS report of all correspondence done as and when required by HOD and Management.

ADMINISTRATION:-

Assist HOD with day to day activities for smooth functioning.

Maintenance of Air-conditioned, Desktop, Printer, Copier, DG. System, UPS, Company Assets, Furniture & Fixture, Infrastructure modification and renovation.

Ensure AMC and timely renewal of the same.

Vendor management, procurement of stationary & printing, other material as per requirement and approval. Maintain records and files for the same.

Allotment of mobile connection as per requirement and approval.

Keep track of bills such as electricity, mobile, water, maintenance etc and timely payment for the same.

Manager and monitor House Keeping supervisors and staff for cleanliness of office, canteen, company guesthouse, company rented accommodation, workers colony and environment.

Co-ordinate with safety department for safety awareness training and health check-up.

Attend & assist Govt. officials of PCB dept., Labour dept., PF dept. etc on their visit for audit and inspection.

Liasoning with Govt. entities i.e. PCB, Labour dept., Police, PF dept., Gram panchyat, MSEB, Pest Control etc.

Interact with Landlords for new accommodation, registration, renewal, termination of leased agreement.

Arrangement of hotel accommodation and company guest house for client and guest, rented accommodation for outstation staff.

Arrangement of transportation for client, guest and staff for pick-up and drop. Maintenance of company owned vehicles.

Monitor and manage duties of security guards. Check all the records and registers maintained by them.

Maintain and update records and files of all correspondence done.

Prepare and submit MIS report to HOD and Management as and when required.

ADMINISTRATION:-

Monitor & Manage Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Boys, Peon, Drivers and Security on a day to day basis.

Inspection of each floor and check day to day activities as per checklist.

New appointment and replacement of security.

Allotting duties to security and ensure security arrangements are in place and well manner.

Check daily register with security for Incoming / Outgoing person, material, couriers etc.
