Profile
A very talented, reliable, Determined and motivated person, I am willing to go all out to succeed. My personality is translated with honesty and gentiles towards customers and colleagues at the work place. For my behalf, a team work is the most important things in any work place; in which I consider. Experienced in customer service but also in managing and finding solution in issues; I present a sense of communication and a can do attitude. Knowing that I am not a perfect human-being nevertheless my determination in life evolves me to move forward daily. The keys skill that I choose from me could be perseverance, honesty, and challenge. I also present knowledge in IT such as Microsoft word, excel PowerPoint, outlook and much more. In my day time I study, but I also like to practice sports especially Basketball since I’ve achieved many awards in my years and for my Team Leadership Skills and also played for England U’18. I have more experience in customer service I believed that will give me a step forward towards any company which deals with corporate customers.

In my first year of business, I analyze business market in the UK, and I start to distinguish the increase and the decrease of the company. This study give me knowledge on how company organize themselves, in order to attract customers and compete themselves for the economic growth in the UK. This study also includes knowledge in macroeconomic (PESTEL), an analysis in the income and outcome of a company. Concerning my study in International relational, it is enhance my knowledge in global communication and relation regarding the world. This study included a developing on presentation skills, analyzing and finding solution concerning issues in various countries of the world.
The study in enterprise skill conducts me on how should a leader react among different character in a team.

Career Summary
January 2010 Marks and Spencers Sales Assistant
January 2009 Primark Customer and cashier
My duty was to do recovery and returning the clothes in floor store, and also being in the till serving customers.
I also did a delivery, meaning that I had to fill up the store with new products before the store open.
August 2008 – September 2009 Hospitality Aerodrome Hotel
My duty was to welcome consumers in the hotel and oriented them in to the lunch table. I was also rearranged a normal reception to a wedding reception with the team.
December 2008 – January 2009 Sale Assistant
I have to maintain new clothes from the stock room to the floor shop. I was also serving customers and advising them concerning the products. Organizing the floor was part of my tasks.
May 2005 Secretary Assistant work experience
I was taking accurate messages, doing a general office work which includes photocopy, faxing. I had to rearrange documents from the archives. I used to record message for doctors and answer phone.
