Unique Contributions Achieved and maintained 98.5% accuracy of $4M inventory between the main facility and two remote manufacturing locations, including raw material, finished sub-assemblies, and finished goods. This was measured by first taking a physical inventory, then implementing a cycle count program throughout the year and establishing procedures to monitor the flow of product internally and externally, with a final count at the end of the next year. With a perpetual inventory of 1,400 items, the final was1,380 properly accounted.
