Calculate and verify income in order to ensure that each borrower qualifies for the loan.
Order and review title, resolve any title issues including judgments, vesting, child support etc.
Keep applicant, Loan officer and escrow informed of loan progress and any issues.
Meet rate lock deadlines and turnaround times established by Senior Management.
Run file through DU meet DU Underwriting findings and submit to the Underwriter for final approval.
Meet any prior to doc conditions prior to sending to closing.
Call out final loan approval to borrower and coordinate closing.
