Responsible for all financial activity for the company, including banking, financial results, A/P, A/R, G/L, payroll, cost systems, capital projects as well as IT functionality (Server environment, applications, security) and ERP application control and support (Made2Manage LAN based). Also responsible for HR functions, both regulatory and internal policy as well as process organization. Responsible for all financial activity related to multi-plant manufacturing company operations. Payroll, accounts payable, receivables, general ledger, production performance, inventory activity, borrowing covenant performance, cash projections, cost accounting, market pricing support, capital control, and contract vendor relations are areas of direct responsibility.
