M/S Amek Tekfor Automotive Ltd. is a joint venture of Amtek Group (India) and Neuymer Tekfor (Germany).

The company manufactures fractured connecting rod for Federal mogul (Russia),

Suzuki Powertrain India. Ltd. (India), Fiat (Italy), Tata-Fiat (Pune), Crysler(USA) .

The company holds the ISO/TS 16949:2009 certificate (no. 548588) for the machining assembly of fractured conrod and permitted exclusions of product design and development.

Job Profile & Responsibilities:-

Looking after In-Process Quality of parts.

Responsible for attending components problems, analyzing problem, taking corrective/preventive actions & monitoring upon the effectiveness of the action taken at in house.

Ensure quality of products as per original drawing,design and specification.

Planning and carrying out quality audits at In-house.

Daily analysis of line rejection in various stages on shop floor.

To carry out the layout inspection of components as per Layout Inspection plan.

Knowledge of “ 7-QC TOOLS “[Solving the problem by using 7QC TOOLS(Analyze the problem & CAPA raised to concern department).

Knowledge of 8D, PPAP, SPC.

Knowledge of worldwide tools like kaizen, Poka -Yoke, 5S.

To prepare the inspection standard & defect check sheet.

To provide MIS. & compile monthly internal audit report.

Knowledge of V.M.M (Video Measuring Machine) & other measuring Instruments

Looking after SQA or Incoming Quality of various parts.

Responsible for attending components problems, analyzing problem, taking corrective/preventive actions & monitoring upon the effectiveness of the action taken at in house and at vendor End.

To carry out the layout inspection of components as per Layout Inspection plan

Ensure quality of products as per original drawing, design specification and jig fixtures as per requirement.

Rejection / rework analysis, wastage management.

Root cause analysis & and quality alerts/ random audits for the same. Control of All the Quality documents at In-house like Rejection & Inspection Formats.

Process improvements to Detect or Prevent Errors.

B’Tech in Mechanical Engg. from Kurukshetra University ,Securing 65.0 % marks in 2007.

Matriculation from New yashoda public school (CBSE), Hisar securing second division.

Senior Sec from Vidya Varisth Sr. Sec public school, Hisar securing first division.

Software Skills: -
