for coordinating daily transportation operations for three distribution
centers (two import, one carton) supporting more than 400 Home Depot
locations in 13 states; concurrently manage the yard at three facilities, as
well as a national customer service call center supporting entire enterprise.
Train and oversee total team of nine, including customer service associates
and transportation coordinators with oversight control for safety, shipping,
inventory control, maintenance, routing and developing cost control
programs. Partner with plant leadership to meet aggressive delivery and
fulfillment demands. Effectively cross-train team and implement innovative
scheduling and work flow programs to ensure lean operations. Ensure
