Responsibilities include Cost engineering (Change Order), Construction Management, hydraulic analysis of Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) and conveyance systems, pumping system design, stormwater design and client/vendors/contractor interaction.

 Monitored and inspected installation of seven CSO Netting Chamber installations in Jersey City, NJ to ensure the accurate installation of the chambers and to deal to Contract Management issues.

 Prepared, reviewed and approved Change Orders, Payment Requests and Shop Drawings to enforce contractor compliance with Contract Documents.

 Implemented CSO water quality, flow and rainfall monitoring study in accordance with Work Plan proposed by Jersey City as required by CSO permit to remain in compliance with NJDEP.

 Performed leakage analysis and leakage location studies of the NYC Delaware Aqueduct to locate leakage locations and assess Aqueduct hydraulic performance and future viability.

 Developed system curves and participated in selection of vertical turbine pumps needed to unwater NYC=s Delaware Aqueduct efficiently.

 Designed and managed well water quality mitigation program for Town of Newburgh, NY for NYCDEP to ensure that residents were not affected by proposed directional drilling near their homes.

Provide Consultancy and training services to Engineering and Architectural Firms transitioning from Manual Drafting to Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and to ensure profitability of start-up business.
