Working Experience in Gulf

Present Working in Saudi Oger Ltd. in Saudi Arabia Riyadh as a Clerk & Secretary post starting 21st March 2010 to now, working under the Manpower, Department Q.M.S. (Quality Management System).

Work Type : - Working in Excel, Power point and Company Smart terms, (And also some Company forms), every month we are Create a separate file (pptx) for all 36/37 Units (Statistic & KPIs), after that we are sent Unit performance Report for the Unit Manager. In this report we are show the Unit’s all service employees performance who done it in this month in the unit and what available, requirement, pending and also show how much spent SR for their unit per service/month.

Beginning time when I join this Company I’m also goes to Unit for 3 month, replacement for their Unit Clerk (Secretary) due to his vacation. After 3 month I’m join Q.M.S. Department in CRO (Central Region Office), still I’m working here under the Regional QMS Representative.

And also create a General & Technical Service Performance report for his Responsible. (In this file we are show only his related service performance what available, requirement and pending and how much spent SR separate per service/month) and also create three separate file, two for Regional Technical Service & General Service Manager and one file for Regional Director in this Region.
