Responsible for all aspects of high volume Deli & Coffee Shop. Company started

as a single unit operation. Upon joining in as a business partner, we have now opened two additional locations in 3 years. Responsible for all daily operations, including P&L’s (A/P, A/R, F&B costs, Labor Costs, Payroll, Taxes, etc.), food orders, catering events, menu development, pricing, inventory management, staff hiring, training, and scheduling. Planned and executed the design, build-out and completion of 2 new locations. Including all state and federal licensing and permits, and business plans. Negotiated all leases, secured bank loans, and developed financial plans to ensure a steady growth and sustainability over the long term. New projects I implemented and oversaw include; a new website, daily updates of all social media, redesign of brand logo and color schemes, employee uniforms, new merchandising products (including beer & wine sales), employee manual and training guide, and was recently completing work on the development and implementation of a downtown delivery service.

This was an incredibly hands on operation. I opened the store every morning for four years, working directly with my guests over the counter.
