Team lead on global manufacturing/procurement planning IT projects for clients such as Nokia, Siemens, Fujitsu, and Hewlett-Packard. Successfully facilitated process transformation, system implementation, & deployment of global supply chain process and system solutions.
• As a Supplier Collaboration Lead at Nokia NMP deployed an integrated global inventory forecast collaboration tool used by purchasing managers, buyers, and Tier 1 suppliers/contract manufacturers. Validated the conceptual design and developed a multi-year functionality roadmap across 2 business units. Project reduced planning cycle time from 6 to 2 weeks with savings in excess of €12MM.
• As a Product Supply Manager for Quantum reduced on-hand weeks of inventory by 53% over 4 months and reduced manual production plan changes from 75% to the 30% goal. Resolved $70MM of inventory misclassifications (200,000 units worldwide) and reduced planning process cycle time by 30%.
