OWNER/DESIGNER – Founded this small art studio to design, produce, and sell ceramic and original paintings. Developed local reputation for exceptional work, resulting in consistent sales and commission contracts. Trained and supervised production assistants as needed to accommo¬date demand and deadlines. Managed all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Reputation spread throughout the region and along the West Coast with shows and displays in galleries, shops, and juried art fairs in such diverse locations as Palm Springs (CA), Ashland (OR), and Seattle/Bellevue (WA). Special Project: Selected by a national gift company to design promotional items for its collegiate product line. Adapted designs for such schools as Michigan, Michigan State, Washington State, USC, Arkansas, Virginia, Kansas State, and Colorado.
