• Responsible for departmental Accounts Payables. Maintain and set up day- to-day invoices for payment.

• Responsible for 50 Commercial Properties Accounts Payable. Maintain day-to-day relationship with General PM, Property Managers, Chief Engineers and Vendors. Developing and understanding of multiple requests.

• Responsible for coding invoices with the right building ledger expense and account expense. Prepare and code over 1000 invoices for daily process. Prepare multiple batches for payment.

Villa Italia Gourmet Food & Wine, Inc. (South San Francisco, CA) 2000–2005

Accounting Assistant Manager / General Bookkeeper.

• Responsible for preparing and maintaining the book of accounts accurately and tactfully on a daily basis.

• Full charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, company payroll, daily deposit, petty cash, daily journal entries, month end closing entries, and collection department.

• Analyzed past due accounts and forwarded delinquent accounts to the collection agency.

• In charge of purchase orders, merchandise received, established a value inventory for all imported and domestic merchandise in a “ FIFO “ method.
