Day to day responsibilities include researching Western Union transactions to ensure the filing of the proper documentation including but not limited to Suspicious Activity Reports and Currency Transaction Reports. This includes sending the documentation to the Department of the Treasury. Further responsibilities include answering subpoenas and preparing stores for IRS audits. Minor responsibilities include answering questions from our stores, sending out acknowledgements for incidental disclosures and locating and sending out Patient Access Reports.

I responded to member inquiries regarding account balances. Opened new accounts for members and had begun taking loan applications.
