• Gradually took over the full day of teaching duties in a 3rd grade classroom Monday through Friday, planning and implementing lessons in math, reading, writing, social studies, and science while integrating technology using Ipads
• Collaborated with a 6th grade classroom teacher in Oswego, Illinois to create and teach a letter writing unit involving 6th grade pen pals
• Authored and taught a lesson unit on Flat Stanley integrating math, reading, writing, social studies and science with an emphasis on drama and the differentiation of lessons to meet the academic needs of each student
