Investigate machine improvements, organize suppliers, test potential components, and make the final decision on implementation.
Assisted with company ISO 9000 audits as a Project Manager.

Created and implemented continuous process improvements at multiple customer sites.
Performed time studies on packaging lines to increase efficiency solutions up to and including machinery purchases.
