Confident Group is one of the leading companies and it is diversified into six verticals, namely – infrastructure, Hospitality, Aviation, Entertainment, Education and health Care

Key tasks:-

- Leading the team of 4 members in Accounts and Finance stream, including training the new joiners in the field of finance, accounts & Taxation

- Processing Cash inflow and Outflow in the organization

- Preparation of ageing analysis of sundry debtors, Sundry Creditors.

- Monitoring the fund position of the company.

- Preparation of the Management report.

- Reconciliation of bank accounts and cash book on daily basis

- Preparation of Monthly Vat returns and finalizing the VAT Audit with Auditors.

- Calculation of TDS on Outside Payments and employees and filing the returns.

- Tracking and sending daily process related reports to the Finance Manager which helps in analyzing and reporting them to the Management on the daily productivity of the Team.

- Detailed auditing on Purchase bills, expenses, salary statement, labor payment etc… will be done with the support of junior staff.

- Coordinating with our external auditing team and helping them to finalizing the accounts
