This system is used to key in the request from the customer and track the request until it gets closed. We create one or more service orders to fulfill the customer request and assign them to multiple groups to handle the requests. Review has been integrated with many service provider systems so they can automatically close the issue, without logging in to other system.

• Maintain customer contact/equipment data throughout the dealership

• Equipment failure analysis data machine/customer/month wise will be maintained for future analysis

• Develop and execute targeted, installed-base marketing campaigns planning

• Weekly Report / Monthly A M Reports, MIS Part Performance Report, Maintaining monthly CSI, MTTR,FTF reports, Maintaining Complaint Register, Warranty credit Notes register, Free Mandatory Visit Control Register, Quarterly Visit Control Register and Maintaining Customer Database, MTTR (Mean time to Recovery).

Modified standard script MEDRUCK to get the company Header, Logo, changed the paragraph character formats and displayed terms and conditions at the bottom of the script.
