JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsibilities include handling the Front Desk,Cashier,Concierge & Guest Relations

• Assist FOM in achievement of Rooms Budgets

• Ensure achieving High Guest Satisfaction Index.

• Ensure Guest feed back is obtained and corrective measure taken if necessary.

• Train the staff members on the Front Office Standard Operating Procedures

• Train and ensure the safety provisions are maintained for guest and staff

• Ensure high level of grooming standards in the department

• Co ordinate, Co-operate with other Departments for smooth operations

• Ensure upward and downward communication with in the department.

• Taking Check-ins, Checkouts, Walk-in Guests, Room Shifts, Blocking of rooms.
