As NSIPS Supervisor, approved drill pay for all Reservist who drilled in the European theater which totaled over $1,000,000, processed Dependency Data (Page 2), strength loss for Reservist who transferred to the IRR and retired, checked in/out Reserve personnel to Reserve units within the theater and conus, reviewed monthly NSIPS ADHOC reports such as Mass Codes to monitor the Reserve members status. Check Reservist in/out on Annual training also check Reservist out in NSIPS for Mobilizations/ADSW.
Meticulous managed a Reserve Annual Training budget of over $936k through the Naval Reserve Order Writing System in the European theater.
Facilitated new berthing contracts with a cost savings of over $15,000 to the Navy.
Assisted the Security Manager in obtaining current security clearance status of employees to ensure those requiring access to classified material were appropriately cleared through use of the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), a web-based system utilized for tracking, administration and updating personnel security clearance status. "In-Processed" and "Out-Processed all newly reporting staff personnel into or out of the Command Security Management Office (SMO) database via the Joint personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), and into or out of the command local personnel security "PERSEC" database.

Supervised 5 military and 2 civilians on all Admin functions of a staff of 54 including incoming work from 14 Reserve Centers that was attached to our staff.
Administrative Expert. As the Inspection Coordinator on staff, single-handedly inspected 14 Reserve Center’s Administration departments which included their Information Security Program and completely rewrote the Administration portion of REDCOM Mid-South’s Inspection guide. Prepared all administrative paperwork for each inspection and assisted the Senior Inspector during the course of the inspection in tracking all discrepancies.
Provided training for over 40 military/civilian personnel in regards to Government Travel Charge Card accounting of 6,000 Sailors and established a mentoring and feedback program to 28 Government Travel Card Agency Program Coordinators resulting in superb management of $16M Region-wide credit limit. Developed 3 Standards of Operating Procedures with “How To” instructions for GTCC functions, order writing, and message traffic distribution. Meticulously managed a $37K Region-wide official mail budget. When scheduled, participated in the planning and administration of command Information and Personnel security inspections and assist visits to ensure strict compliance by subordinate activities with the Navy Information and Personnel Security programs.
Conducted monthly review of the PERSEC database of military and civilian staff members to initiated investigative requirements to ensure initial or continued eligibility for access to classified material, for eligibility expiring within 6 months.
