Measuring and optimizing the Unit cost Per MT for the terminal Operation

Fleet Management: Reduction in Secondary distribution cost by analyzing and identifying new transporters, defining new routes, physical verification of existing routes, clubbing of on route customers, optimizing MOQ of orders, timeliness of deliveries.

Safety Management System

As a Head of the Terminal Guiding Team & End customers in achieving the targets as per Safety Management System & SHV Standards, Root Cause Analysis of various Accident reports, Dangerous Occurrences and Near Miss reports.

Coordinate with District Disaster Management and all statutory requirements for OFF Site Mock Drills. , Conducting regular audits and inspection, ensuring strict compliance to the laid down company policies/procedures

Statutory Compliance

Implementing all statutory compliance like SMPV Rules, Explosives act, Factories Act, Air & Water Pollution control act, Contract Labour, Standard Weights and Measures act, Essentail Commodities Act.
